Position:  Technology Support Specialist

Job Description:  Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center, a non-profit Substance Use Disorder Treatment organization, is recruiting for a full time Technology Support Specialist. The ideal candidate is required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field and 1 year of experience; or high school diploma and three years of experience. NC/SC driver license is required. Normal working hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

This position serves as the primary staff member working with all employees with submitted helpdesk tasks as needed (A to Z support). Other duties include, but are not limited to, provides general network maintenance, and assures daily back-up of files; implements and supports workstation infrastructure (including installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, maintenance, and monitoring); responsible for troubleshooting end-user devices (printers, smartphones, projectors, etc.); responsible for monitoring and deploying virus/spyware protection system-wide and acting appropriately as the system demands.
